Betsy's Tango Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 fresh pineapple - peeled, cored, and chopped small
  2. 1 mango, peeled, seeded and chopped small
  3. 1/4 cup cilantro leaves -chopped
  4. 1/4 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
  5. 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  6. 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded & finely chopped
  7. 1 clove garlic, minced
  8. Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients, mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
