Oven "Sundried" Tomatoes


  1. 2 pints Del Cabo Organic Tomatoes
  2. 4 Sprigs Jacobs Farm Organic Thyme
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. Olive Oil (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Rinse tomatoes
  4. Cut tomatoes lengthwise
  5. Place cut tomatoes skin down on the parchment paper
  6. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper
  7. Place in the oven for 3 hours—or until browning and dried
  8. Pull from the oven and let cool
  9. Place in an airtight container
  10. Add olive oil, or store dry
  11. Place in the refrigerator
