An Update Regarding the CZU Lightning Complex Fire

As the CZU Lightning Complex fire reached 100% containment last week, we'd like to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to those who were on the front lines: firefighters, farmworkers, and volunteers.

For those who have been asking, we feel truly blessed to announce minimal long-term impact on our operations. To our neighbors who have not been so lucky, know that the only thing stronger than the fires is our love for this land and our community. We’ll get through this as we always have — together.

A Message to Our Customers Regarding the CZU Lightning Complex Wildfire

As many of you know, wildfires are erupting across California. As we write this letter to you, the CZU Lightning Complex Wildfire has consumed nearly 50,000 acres along the Santa Cruz and San Mateo counties with 0% containment. This stretch of land is home to several of our Jacobs Farm ranches, our families, and our employees. The health and safety of our families and communities are of the utmost importance and our highest priority, especially during this frightening time.

With this in mind, we request your patience and understanding as we navigate this unprecedented situation and likely see disruptions in our supply chain.
