A Passion for our People
Many people are experiencing a lot of disruption in their lives due to coronavirus and Jacobs Farm del Cabo wants to ensure our people feel supported and appreciated during these uncertain times.
From this, the care package project was born!
Taking proper social distancing precaution, our sales and marketing team assembled 250 boxes for our warehouse and farm workers.
These boxes contained fresh, healthy, organic Jacobs Farm del Cabo produce and other non-perishable food items—a special thank you to Raley's for their donations! Each box was given a personal touch with bandanas, playing cards, and a note expressing our deep gratitude for their continued commitment to the company.
Boxes were shipped to our South San Francisco and Los Angeles warehouses, as well as our Jacobs Farm teams.
We are proud of our people for their resilience during these troubling times and overjoyed to have been able to show our appreciation.
