- 2 cups mango - chopped small
- 2 cups vanilla & honey yogurt
- 2 cups of your favorite granola
- 4 mint leaves for garnish
- Line up 4 parfait or wine glasses
- Spoon 2 tablespoons mango into the bottom of each glass, then top with 2 tablespoons yogurt, then top with 2 tablespoons granola.
- Repeat layers.
- Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
