Experience first-hand how Del Cabo cherry tomatoes and basil are grown, harvested, packed and delivered to your table.
Your journey begins in the nursery where seeds become transplants. We'll visit one of the many small family-owned farms to see where the plants are grown and harvested. Then tour the packing facility where crops are aggregated from eight communities, packed, and shipped. Finally, enjoy a gourmet meal prepared with organic ingredients and hosted by one of the Del Cabo founding farmers.

The Del Cabo farming cooperative was launched in 1986 with the goal of helping create economic opportunities for small scale farmers in rural Baja California.
